Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals
  • Participate in Interactive Wellness Programs
  • Evaluate physical and functional status, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to assess patient capabilities
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and care contacts according to facility policies
  • Manage your own case load to optimize care plans
  • Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies
  • Support special projects and other tasks as directed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Physical Therapist license or be in the final stages of completing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
  • Show a commitment to providing excellent patient care
  • Show enthusiasm for personal and professional development

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Completion of required coursework and exams within 6 months
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Pay

Base compensation ranges from $83,000 to $95,000 with a total compensation package ranging from $94,000 to $106,000 based on experience and fit.
