About the role

SPT Lake Stevens is a physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care to active adults and athletes. The clinic operates in an open-gym, movement-based environment focusing on objective testing, progressive rehab, and real-world performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
• Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
• Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
• Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
• Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab

Mentorship & Growth
