About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient relationships, clinical excellence, and collaboration within a positive skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competency

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults and complex medical conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
