Responsibilities
- Carry out patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy and educate patients about their conditions
- Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and care teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Active (or in-progress) state Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
- A team-first mindset and dedication to patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred but not required
- Interest in career advancement and professional development

Pay
Total compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.
