Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education
- Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care
Requirements
- Active (or in-progress) state PT license
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
- A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care
Pay
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 (includes certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
