About the role

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is a leading outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group in Delaware. Founded in 2007, the company has expanded to include three additional clinical partners and achieved ABPTRFE accreditation for their in-house Sports Residency and Orthopedic Residency Programs. The team focuses on clinical excellence and patient-centered care, providing services such as dry needling, vestibular interventions, and athletic training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine physical therapy treatment requirements
• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Develop and implement a comprehensive physical therapy treatment program
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues
• Ensure timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license (PT)
• CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
