About the role
Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group located in Middletown, Delaware. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment
- Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines
- Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
- Create a written plan of care, set goals based on evaluation findings, and implement a comprehensive program
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues
- Ensure timely documentation of patient care activities
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Outgoing and energetic personality
