Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit for their dynamic outpatient clinic in Sussex County, DE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clinical excellence and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain for various conditions including orthopedic and sports physical therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting, and certified hand therapy.
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment programs for patients.
• Providing education to patients and families on managing their conditions.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through continuing education and certification.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program.
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist License (PT).
• CPR certification.
• An outgoing and energetic personality.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
