About the role

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. You collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
  • Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
  • Address the whole patient as an individual, adapting to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • Foreign-earned Physical Therapy degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 per hour.
