About the role
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team on a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME basis.
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and implementing physical therapy services to meet the needs of our residents
- Maintaining accurate documentation, department records, and reports
- Ensuring effective communication regarding PT programs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Participating in discharge planning and development of resident care plans
- Supervising and delegating tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants
- Performing evaluations and screens in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
