Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy services for 40 minutes
- Work within realistic productivity goals using EMR with dictation and AI to minimize documentation time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Experience in adult orthopedics, adult neurology, hand therapy, pelvic health, and pediatric care is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care

Pay
$38-50 per hour, with pay going up with years of experience
