Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and specialized treatment to patients
  • Participate in and monitor patient care activities
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Completed an accredited physical therapy program
  • Held an active Alaska Physical Therapy License
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics (new graduates welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Demands

  • High-level visual and auditory acuity
  • Frequent movement throughout the facility
  • Standing for at least 5 hours per day
  • Occasional overhead and low reaching
  • Lifting/carrying over 40 pounds regularly
  • Pushing/pulling over 50 pounds regularly
  • Sitting for extended periods
