Role Overview

This position involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized care plans, and tracking clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical histories and diagnosing through observation and listening to concerns.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Rhode Island.
