What You Will Do
- Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
- Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that promote independence
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery
- Lead by example—mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values of excellence, compassion, and integrity
