About the role

LifeFit Physical Therapy and Wellness is a concierge-level practice dedicated to bridging gaps in traditional healthcare. We provide comprehensive, personalized care that goes beyond reactive treatments to promote wellness and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions lasting up to an hour
• Implement a blend of manual therapy, exercise, functional movement training, pain science education, and lifestyle education
• Evaluate, treat, educate, and build strong therapeutic relationships with each patient
• Participate in structured mentorship programs including case reviews and skill development
• Offer specialized orthopedic and pelvic health expertise
• Deliver holistic, fitness-forward care to help patients transition from rehabilitation to full activity
• Work in a private, calm clinic environment designed for thoughtful patient care

Requirements

• DPT from an accredited program
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist
