Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence. You will work closely with physicians and the care team, assessing patient abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, monitoring progress, and collaborating across disciplines.

  • Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor progress and refine therapy plans
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment start date (LPT)
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Bachelor's Degree
