Physical Therapist*
About the role
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians at Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA). KULA is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Our core values are compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental disabilities or delays.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
- Participate in regular meetings with the treatment team to discuss progress and plan next steps.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
- One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Effective communication with a wide variety of people.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills including database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving multiple variables.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
Experience/Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people; ability to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; basic computer skills including a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software; ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.
