Ivy Rehab/Excel PT Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This position offers individualized treatment plans, collaborative teamwork, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Track and celebrate patient progress
• Serve as a coach, educator, and motivator

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
• Loves patient care and values strong outcomes
• Willing to be a lifelong learner and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• Experience with clinical documentation tools such as ScribeIQ

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
• Sign-on bonus of $5,000

Pay

Base salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year (based on location, experience, hours, certifications, and more)
