Physical Therapist

About the role

You'll provide compassionate, culturally grounded care to American Indian and Alaska Natives, addressing social and emotional needs that affect health. Work with a dedicated team to strengthen wellness, resilience, and community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to American Indian and Alaska Native patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Conduct evaluations and treatments to address physical impairments and disabilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) where you plan to work.
• Experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native populations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the designated service area.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a REAL ID requirement beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
