About the role
Join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA, where you'll work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and behavior analysts. We take a whole-child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity-affirming care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children and adolescents with a range of developmental needs, including autism, ADHD, motor delays, and sensory processing differences
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in our fun, movement-rich sensory motor gyms
- Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s functional growth
- Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes, evals, progress reports)
- Engage in weekly department roundtables and mentorship opportunities
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Experienced (1–3 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
- Knowledgeable in sensory integration, motor development, and functional mobility
- Committed to inclusive, culturally responsive, and family-centered care
- A great communicator who enjoys collaboration and lifelong learning
