Hamilton Physical Therapy Services is a well-established provider of rehabilitation services in Mercer County since 1978. Managed and operated by physical therapists, patient care is our number one priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
• Conduct ongoing evaluations to monitor patient improvement and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of New Jersey license
• CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality
