About the role
Gifford Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist or a new graduate.
Responsibilities
- Select and administer appropriate evaluation tools based on diagnosis and referral reason, as demonstrated by chart review.
- Apply therapeutic techniques throughout treatment, regularly adjusting the treatment plan based on patient progress.
- Document evaluation findings accurately and thoroughly according to department policies.
- Collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to address special needs and ensure effective treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards while efficiently managing non-billable time.
Requirements
- Current PT license in the State of Vermont required.
