About The Role

This outpatient Physical Therapist position focuses on treating post-surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions, pain, mobility limitations, balance deficits, and vestibular disorders. Therapists provide individualized one-on-one treatment while collaborating with an experienced team of clinicians certified in orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and dry needling. Our mentoring program and continuing education opportunities allow clinicians to continually develop advanced skills while building rewarding patient relationships in a relaxed, professional environment.

Compensation: $78,000 – $90,000+ annually

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, post-surgical, and mobility-related conditions
  • Manage an individualized caseload from evaluation through discharge
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on patient goals and functional outcomes
  • Provide evidence-based interventions including orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation techniques
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term self-management strategies
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist with insurance authorizations and patient care coordination
  • Promote awareness of how physical therapy improves mobility, pain, and overall quality of life

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or active Wisconsin Physical Therapy licensure
  • New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
  • Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care
