About the role
We are seeking a full-time Clinician to join our team in Dearborn, MI, in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in a non-traditional, niche area, treating patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic. As a Clinician, you will reshape head shapes using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. Our Clinicians build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities
- Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band®
- Correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®
- Serve as an expert in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears
- Develop relationships with families at every stage of the treatment process
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts)

Ideal Backgrounds
- Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) with knowledge of symmetry/asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development
- Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care experience and compassion for families
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists with hands-on orthotic experience and direct patient care
A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required, as we provide a formal training program with mentoring.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000, dependent on the applicant's tenure and relevant experience. This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
Schedule
Traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work.
