Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking energetic and collaborative Physical Therapists to join our talented team. A day in the life of a CI therapist is filled with learning, growing, creating, hard work and most of all - fun!

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy License.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay

A competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional compensation annually based on productivity.
