Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Creating clear treatment goals using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.
- Recording patient progress and modifying care plans as needed.
- Using AI-supported documentation tools to reduce after-hours work.
- Contributing to a quality-focused, efficient care model that emphasizes outcomes and provider development.
