Physical Therapist

About the role

This isn't a high-volume outpatient role. You'll run your own caseload, one-on-one, with the time and autonomy to build individualized treatment plans instead of working off a productivity target. You'll be embedded day-to-day alongside athletic trainers, strength coaches, and performance staff, not siloed off in a separate clinic, so care and performance programming stay connected for the athlete.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, athlete-centered rehabilitation focused on outcomes, not visit counts
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized rehab and performance plans
• Guide return-to-sport testing, progressive loading, and performance-based rehabilitation
• Collaborate daily, on-site, with athletic trainers, strength coaches, and performance staff
• Extend care beyond the clinic through hybrid and remote programming when appropriate
• Build referral relationships and community presence in your clinic's market
• Develop a clinical specialty and contribute to program design as your caseload matures

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
• Eligible for Texas PT licensure
• 3+ years treating athletic populations, or completion of a sports residency/fellowship
• Proven history of growing an athlete caseload through personal marketing and relationship development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
