Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist for a 13-week, full-time contract at a hospital in Chicago, IL.
Pay
Taxable Wages: $820.00/week
Total Travel Package: $2,878.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes: $2,673.00
Schedule
40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts
8:00AM to 4:30PM
Monday – Friday (No weekends!)
Duration
13 Weeks (Likely extension)
Requirements
- 3+ months of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
- IL PT License
- BLS
