Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
- Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
- Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.
- Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation.
