About the Role

Elite Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. We prioritize patient-first care, mentorship, career growth, and the freedom to practice the way you were trained.

At Elite Physical Therapy, our mission is patient first—always. We are guided by four core values: Put People First, Lead with Integrity, Treat with Compassion, and Build Lasting Relationships.

Why You’ll Love Practicing Here

  • Competitive pay, individual bonus plan, and generous PTO that respects your life outside the clinic
  • Transparent expectations, ethical care delivery, and leadership that understands clinical realities
  • Realistic caseloads, individualized care plans, and time to truly connect with patients
  • Strong collaboration within the clinic and meaningful connections with patients and referral partners
  • AGILE EMR built by Physical Therapists—less charting, more face-to-face care
  • Unlimited CEU budget + MedBridge access to support evidence-based practice
  • Structured, customized mentorship—not a "figure it out on your own" culture
  • Clinical Leadership Pathway (CORE) for PTs who want to grow without leaving patient care
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
  • Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
  • Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

Requirements

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
  • Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
  • Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Balanced Expectations

We believe productivity should support great care—not compete with it. You’ll manage your schedule effectively while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
  • Ability to lift or move patients as needed (reasonable accommodations available)

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and individual bonus plan
  • Generous PTO
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Unlimited CEU budget + MedBridge access
  • Structured, customized mentorship program
  • Clinical Leadership Pathway (CORE) for career growth
