Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the implementation of individualized treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists.
- Work with patients suffering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Maintain patient progress through monitoring and suggesting necessary modifications to therapy.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Hold a current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice.
- Have experience in outpatient therapy settings (preferred).
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a strong dedication to patient-centered care and professional growth.
