Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the implementation of individualized treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists.
• Work with patients suffering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Maintain patient progress through monitoring and suggesting necessary modifications to therapy.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Hold a current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice.
• Have experience in outpatient therapy settings (preferred).
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show a strong dedication to patient-centered care and professional growth.
