Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a PRN opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant at Williams Bay Health Services and Delavan Health Services, supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises
- Help patients improve mobility and strength
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
