About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in creating innovative software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software products using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and code quality is maintained.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best coding practices and project management techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and experience with at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in debugging and testing software applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
