Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Inpatient Rehabilitation, PRN

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will be part of a team dedicated to providing superior patient care that exceeds industry standards and patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Absorb and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program, required
• Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, required
• CPR certification
• Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 annually.

Schedule

PRN | As Needed | 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.
