The role serves Area 1 (Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City) and/or Area #3 (San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore). Requirements

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (desired)
• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license (required)
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California driver license
• CPR/BLS certification (required)

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred)
• One year of home health experience (preferred)
