Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Position Summary

Provide physical therapy treatment services under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while maintaining accurate documentation and treatment records.

Requirements

• Active PTA License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong patient care and documentation skills

Credentials

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License – Required
• Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA Program – Required
• BLS/CPR Certification – Preferred
