Avir at Walnut Springs in Seguin, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our stable, in-house therapy team. Vital Therapy is a network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities all with in-house therapy teams.
