About the role
Join PAM Health Hampden’s brand-new rehabilitation hospital opening this summer and help shape the future of patient care from the beginning. We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System.
- Further develop services as needed.
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.

- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with potential for flexible hours based on department needs.
