What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built-in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one pediatric therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and BCBAs
  • Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Colorado DORA PTA license, or eligible to obtain
  • 5+ years of clinical experience

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $33–$35
  • Pay-per-billed-visit: $42–$54/hour (choose your preferred model)
  • Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually
  • 2% bilingual increase
  • Sign-on bonus up to $8,000
  • Student loan repayment: $200/month toward principal via SoFi
