The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems – training provided)
