Compensation and Benefits
- Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

- The visit rate for this role ranges from $45 to $51 per visit
- This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
- Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. What You'll Do
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
