Compensation and Benefits

- Annual pay estimate for full-time: $71,760 to $78,000 (paid on a per-visit basis)

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
