About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a per diem role within skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, adhering to state guidelines
• Assist in patient evaluation and coordinate with licensed Physical Therapists
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards
• Obtain and update physician orders as required

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Strong communication and organizational skills
