Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a supportive senior living environment where skills can make a meaningful impact on residents' independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy treatments
• Help residents with exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Document resident progress and treatment plans in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passport to South Carolina
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required
