About the role
We are now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work in an Outpatient Orthopedic setting in Towson, MD. 40 hours per week are available. All caseload under one roof, no driving in the community. The patient population is general orthopedics with a heavy focus on TMD, cervicogenic headaches, and otalgia. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing direct patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Open to all experience levels, including new grads
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Passing scores on relevant clinical exams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to document accurately
