About the role
Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions under a professional plan of care to help patients regain their independence and mobility.
Execute specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s unique needs to ensure the highest quality of recovery and safety.
Document patient care journeys with precision to maintain accurate, high-quality records that support seamless clinical transitions.
Collaborate with and coordinate the activities of support personnel and students to foster a cohesive, efficient, and educational team environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications

Day shift | Full-time | Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm with flexible hours.
