About the role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation. We offer PRN positions for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants in the Columbia, SC, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments, including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
• Treatment of neurologically related physical disorders.
• Excellent communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required, Bachelor's or Master's in the same discipline preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting preferred.
• Certified in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, how to use the physical therapy equipment, and OSHA and infection control regulations.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related physical disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills.
