Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation. Located in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, we offer PRN positions for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
• Treatment of neurologically related physical disorders.
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
• Providing intensive, individualized services in patients' homes and communities.
• Communicating effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required, Bachelor's or Master's in the same discipline preferred.
• Certified in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, and how to use physical therapy equipment.
• Experience in treating neurologically related physical disorders.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control regulations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills.
• A valid driver's license.
