Physical Therapist Assistant - Mobile Home Visits

Job Requirements

• Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• 1 year of experience is required
• The PTA must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients
• Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week
