About the role
The Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care, collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs, and engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
- Be involved in treatment, not just evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
- Engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
